On Assensvej just outside Middelfart, Civica has 20 youth apartments. The apartments are located in a two-story building and are designed in one or two rooms. The apartments are quite centrally located in relation to Middelfart Station, with hourly connections to Odense, Zealand, and Jutland. There are grocery stores in the area.
