Cozy apartment near Amager Beach of approx. 38 m², 400 meters from Amager Strand Metro. We rent out the top floor of our house to 1-2 students. The apartment is separated from the rest of the house; we live on the ground floor with our two children aged 4 and 7. The top floor consists of two bedrooms, a tea-kitchen, toilet and bathroom – the bathroom is a freestanding shower stall in the kitchen.
