New development in Green Risskov – apartments in Latyrusparken

Latyrusparken is a modern housing project in 8240 Risskov consisting of 257 rental homes spread across 1- to 4-bedroom apartments from 39 to 124 m². The homes cater to singles, couples and families, and the rent ranges between 5,850 and 14,300 DKK per month. The project is being built in four phases with the first move-in in December 2026.
