On the first floor there are 3 good bedrooms, two of which have access to their own enclosed balcony room. There is access to a washing machine. The rent is 15,000 excl. utilities. We start with a 6-month period to get to know each other. There is the possibility to extend the contract if everyone is happy and satisfied.
