Apartment in modern co-housing community

In 2 of the double point houses there are single-level apartments of 63-88 sqm. The apartments are arranged with an open kitchen/dining/living space, a bathroom with a washer-dryer stack and 1-2 bedrooms. The layouts vary. Some have access to a storage/walk-in from the bedroom, while others have access to the storage from the entrance area. The kitchens are also different. Each home includes a private terrace or balcony. Some of the ground-floor apartments have a slightly raised balcony instead of a terrace due to the slope of the site.
