Fourteen multi-generational houses are being built in three storeys. The dwelling on the ground floor is approximately 60 m² with two rooms (bedroom and living room) and a terrace. On the 1st and 2nd floors there is a 4-room (2 bathrooms) dwelling and a 5-room family dwelling of approximately 131 m² with a roof terrace and balcony. Each dwelling has a shed for storage. A parking space adjacent to the family dwelling is included. Other parking spaces are available on the common area.
