Great condition, everything perfect. Large living room, large balcony, large kitchen, large bathroom. Max half an hour to the city center, depending on whether by bus (100 meters), train (5 minutes' walk) or car. About 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. Unfortunately I can only rent for a maximum of 1 year, or shorter. I only require 2 months' notice, honesty, respect for my apartment, and of course good behavior towards the neighbors, etc. Best regards, Carsten Nielsen.
