The rental apartments are located in the western part of town, close to the ring road, and offer good outdoor facilities such as a multi-purpose court and playgrounds for children. The area consists of 12 apartment blocks of 3 storeys, built in 1970, which have been modernized with new kitchens, roofs and facades. In 2016/2017 all apartments were upgraded with new bathrooms, including their own washing machine and tumble dryer.
