Public housing at 83 m²

This housing development consists of apartments, townhouses and detached houses, spread across most of Otterup town. The older, characteristic LAB houses have in recent years been modernized and several of the homes have had their kitchen and/or bathroom replaced. The housing development also includes what was previously known as "The Old Folks' Home", which in 2003 was converted into well-appointed apartments. In 2023 the development was expanded with a further 10 newly built townhouses and an accompanying community house located between Bøgevej and Bøgeparken.
