General Housing of 114 m²

The homes are well-lit and all equipped with south- or west-facing balconies/terraces. The apartments are arranged as 2-, 3-, and 4-room residences and vary in size from approximately 70 m² to the largest at around 115 m². Three of the homes will be designed as two-story row houses. The expected average rent excluding utilities will be approximately DKK 850 per m² per year. The housing complex will have its own community house, which will be located in the preserved building 'Savværket', and can be used by residents for communal or private events.
